Personally I like the use of [skill]Wary Stance[/skill]. Usage is at the graspings. I aggro all three groups as shown in the W/Me UW solo thread. Before they build up aggro for fear me I use wary stance and then VwK. Next time when VwK is about to recharge, hit bonetti's to max energy then wary and VwK.
Question: Won't ancenstor rage trigger the smites RoF? Do you end up on the + side of things with it?

Wary Stance is a waste of a skill slot, just use bonetti's before VwK to avoid interruption (99% anyway).
At the Smites, I only use Ancestor's Rage once, right after they are balled up around me. After that, when they get busy with their RoFs, it's not worth it anymore.

I find that 99% to be around 50% when fighting all three groups. Matter of taste I guess. I had a slot open. Might try ancestor though.

Just time it so you cast VwK inbetween their attacks. Good timing, combined with Bonetti's should net you a 99% chance to avoid interruption. If you keep having trouble with it, then I guess Wary Stance is a good choice, since Ancestor's Rage really doesn't add that much to the speed of a run (although, in my experience, if you don't use AR once on the Smites, 3 casts of VwK aren't enough, and with one AR at the beginning, 3 WvKs is exactly enough to finish 'em off.)
Also, make sure you use a 40/40 resto set. Should be obvious, just mentioning it in case

English please? I think you are talking about a staff in which case yes it works. 40/40 works better [read:the best] though. Although, a 20/20 weapon with a shield with damage reduction wouldn't be too bad either.
